It's a clean property, comfortable stay on a business trip. Stuff is always helpful and incredible. The apartment had marvellous location right on the canal. Would have extended the stay, thoroughly enjoyed it.

I had a pleasant stay at a modern room here during my business trip just off the ministry of tourism departments, and the staff was lovely and very pleasant.

The apartment was cute and compact with great facilities. the pool was lovely with plenty of sun beds. the property was beautiful and there were plenty of spots to take beautiful pictures.

The management service was very poor. There was no one to answer the phone upon arrival and had to wait for a long time to check-in.

Staycae Holiday Homes , Prive was a fantastic place to stay in. the modern and clean facilities exceeded my expectations. the spacious room with a comfortable bed and fully, equipped kitchen made me feel right at home. the helpfulness of the employees was outstanding, especially Mr Bashir, who went above and beyond to assist me with everything I needed. the location was perfect, with the Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa just a short drive away. Plus, having a supermarket nearby was very convenient. I had a wonderful experience at Staycae Holiday Homes , Prive. Cons: Almost perfect! 😄.

The nearest airport was conveniently far enough for the noise not to bother me. The apartment had a washing machine, sauna, and air conditioning, which made me feel like I was in a luxury spa while doing my laundry. Dubai Mall being 2.3 km away gave me an excuse to take a taxi and avoid walking.

Oh, they didn't have a bathtub or a balcony in my room, but who needs those things when you have air conditioning and a sauna, right? So overrated.

This cute, compact apartment with great facilities has amazing views and easy access to the canal. The pool is lovely with plenty of sun beds. The location is convenient with a 24x7 Carrefour nearby. The staff, especially Sajjid, was helpful and key access was easy. I highly recommend for a fantastic Dubai experience!

The location was superb, with a great view from the 31st floor. The staff, especially Mr. Sajid, were accommodating and responsive. The property had fantastic facilities, including an amazing pool. It was a great value for money and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious and comfortable space to stay with family and friends.

The location of this place was fantastic! It was just a short taxi ride away from the Dubai Mall and the Downtown area, where there were plenty of restaurants and shops. Plus, having a 24-hour supermarket nearby was super convenient. the staff and security were really helpful and friendly. Special shoutout to Khaled, who was available 24/7 and helped us with any questions or concerns we had.

There were a few things that could be improved. there was a balcony but no table and chairs, which would have been nice to relax outside.
